- ParaMed clients' medical and personal information shall remain confidential.
- ParaMed clients shall, wherever possible, participate in the planning of their care.

- ParaMed clients can expect full access to their individual health information.
- ParaMed clients shall receive personal and individualized care from trained health care professionals.
- ParaMed guarantees that any complaint or grievance will be fully investigated and acted on without interference, coercion, prejudice or reprisal.
- ParaMed clients shall have the right to full and detailed disclosure with respect to invoicing procedures.
- ParaMed clients have the right to give or refuse consent to provision of any service.
