
The Home Support Program offers a range of customized services designed to meet individual client needs, allowing clients to remain in their own home or environment of choice with as much independence as possible.
To ensure that our clients receive the right type of service and the care delivered by the right level of staff, all clients receive an initial comprehensive assessment that is completed by a ParaMed Registered Nurse.
Offers clients assistance with personal activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, mobility, personal bathroom needs, and medication assistance. These services are available for clients of all ages and for those who are experiencing a variety of life stages including end of life and dementia.
Offers assistance with routine household activities that helps clients and families maintain a safe and comfortable home environment which includes meal preparation, menu planning, light housekeeping, laundry and grocery shopping.
Offers companionship, social interaction and general assistance to individuals in any setting, institutional (hospital, long term care home) or at home. Dependent upon the needs of the individual, our trained staff will: provide respite care; engage your loved one in activities such as walking, reading, games, escort to appointments or leisure excursions and will provide minimal assistance with meals and mobility.
Through the various stages of advanced illness, our knowledgeable and compassionate staff provide clients with personal care assistance, companion aide services and emotional, psychosocial and spiritual support to both the client and their families. Caregivers and families can also benefit from palliative respite care.
This program provides support to clients and families managing and coping with the daily challenges associated with dementia including Alzheimer's disease. Our trained staff will provide dignified and respectful personal care and companionship with a focus on building relationships in a safe environment. In addition, this program provides an opportunity for caregiver relief.
Acquired Brain Injury Program offers clients and families support through the journey of recovery from traumatic brain injury. Cueing, re-integration activities and home support services are available through this program.
