We are fortunate to have Lori as our son's personal support worker 5 days per week. She is fantastic at her job. She is knowledgeable, caring, kind, personable and professional. We trust her completely with our son and we look forward to her daily visits. She is a credit to her profession. We are also so fortunate to have ParaMed involved in Michael's care. We physically couldn't do without them.
