Office Administrative Clerk

Oakville Location

Under the direction of the Operations Manager or Coordination Supervisor, the Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, internal and field staff and other stakeholders both over the phone and in person upon their arrival to the site. Offering superior customer service skills as they triage telephone calls and visitors and while performing other clerical functions, they will project a professional demeanor.

The candidate, must be proficient technologically, calm and able to train field staff on mobile phones.
