ParaMed’s Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Home Support Workers (HSWs) provide indispensable help with daily living in a home setting for a wide range of patients who really need their support. You will be responsible for your patients’ comfort, safety and well-being, delivered with sensitivity and respect. Your patients and families will recognize your efforts, and you will feel a true sense of reward for helping those who need it most.
ParaMed cares deeply about our people and the patients they support. We were one of the first to require masks and gloves for our team at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, and our robust PPE program is one of the most comprehensive in our field.
If you are a certified PSW, or experienced HSW, we can offer immediate assignments and full-time hours.

Not a certified PSW, but interested in joining the healthcare field?
Our industry-leading HSW Training Program provides qualified applicants with a path to becoming a PSW. This 3 week program provides paid classroom training, work shadowing with qualified PSWs and HSWs, and guaranteed employment on completion of the program.
